Wind Point Light
Racine, Wisconsin

Wind Point was getting a new paint job the day I arrived to take photos. This station was established in 1880, and is very much in the style of towers from that period, such as Little Point Sable. The brick tower is 108 feet tall, with the original Third Order Fresnel lens replaced by a DCB 24 airport beacon. The attached keepers' house now serves as a police station! The station also includes a brick fog signal building.
